Is there a place to park?

Yes, IJland is located in a free street parking zone.

Can I bring my dog to Latin Food Experience?

Yes, small dogs are welcome, but only in the designated garden area. Pets must be under adult supervision at all times, and owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior. Please note that The Latin Experience reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their pet causes disruption or discomfort to others.

Can I leave the event and come back later with my family?

Re-entry is only allowed for families and strictly in child-related situations. If you need to take your child home or handle an urgent matter involving them, one adult per group may exit and re-enter. Just inform our staff at the entrance, and they’ll place a special stamp on your wrist. This stamp allows a one-time re-entry only, and it cannot be used for other reasons or by the entire group.

Is it children friendly?

Yes, all ages are welcome

If I buy a ticket for one day and don’t go, can I use it on next day or other day instead?

No, each ticket (QR code) is only valid for the specific day it was purchased for. The Duo Ticket is the only option that grants access to both days, it comes with a separate QR code for each day, and each code expires at the end of its valid day.

What’s included with my ticket?

Your ticket gives you access to the full Latin Food Experience, which includes:

Access to all event areas, including our three themed zones

Entry to live music, DJs, performances, and cultural activities

An immersive and beautifully decorated atmosphere

Access to all our food and drink partners (food and beverages are sold separately)

The ticket covers a full day of entertainment, culture, and connection!

Do we need to pay for toilets?

Toilets are free 

At what time should we arrive?

We recommend arriving early at 12:00 to fully enjoy the event. Plus, we always have a special surprise for the first 100 attendees!

Can we buy tickets at the entrance?

Availability at the door is uncertain; this event has very limited capacity, so it's best to secure your tickets in advance.

Is there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free food at the event?

Yes, some of our food partners offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary options. Since each stand has its own menu, we recommend checking their menus on our Instagram. If you have any allergies, please ask directly at each stand to ensure you get the best and safest service.

How can I arrive with public transport?

IJland is accessible via several public transport options:

Bus: Lines 391, 394, and 395.

Metro: The nearest station is Noorderpark, served by line 52 (North/South line).

Ferry: Lines F4, F6, and F7 connect to nearby areas.
